How it was born
Developed from two problems observed in multiple digital transformation processes: (1) organisations acquiring technology without knowing why, and (2) consultants recommending solutions before understanding the business. UNLOCK.AI reverses the usual sequence. There is an individual version (for personal development) and an organisational version (for strategic consulting).
What it does in practice
It is the second layer of the strategic consulting system, after the AIceberg diagnostic. It produces an AI potential map by organisational area — with scoring, prioritisation and implementation roadmap. Proprietary tools include an AI Readiness Assessment and an Opportunity Matrix.
