LEGACY

A framework for building intergenerational impact, structured around four components: Vision, Structure, Transfer, and Continuity.

A framework for building intergenerational impact. Structured in four components: Vision (what I want to endure), Structure (how it is organised to last), Transfer (how knowledge and values are transmitted), Continuity (what guarantees continuity beyond the founder's presence).

Applicable both at a personal level and to organisations, family offices and educational institutions.

Context & Strategy

How it was born

It arose from the experience of working with elite organisations — from high-performance football clubs to international schools — where the question of legacy is permanent but rarely structured. Most organisations make assumptions about continuity without architecting it. LEGACY is the answer to that gap.

What it does in practice

Used in consulting contexts with family offices, educational institutions and company founders thinking about succession or long-term impact. An elite international school is a relevant application context: the framework serves as the foundation for educational programmes aimed at preparing students for impact that goes beyond individual career.
