A hybrid decision architecture that combines human intelligence with computational capability to make strategic decisions under uncertainty. Previously known as DECIDE-AI.
It operates through the PRISM protocol — a structured process in five phases: Problem (precise definition), Reality (factual diagnosis), Insight (patterns and scenarios), Strategy (options and consequences), Move (decision and execution plan).

How it was born
It was born from the observation that organisations do not fail for lack of information — they fail because of the inability to decide with the information they have. In the AI era, this problem worsens: more data does not produce better decisions if there is no structured decision process. DECIDE-X is the answer to that gap.
What it does in practice
It is the third layer of the strategic consulting system (AIceberg → UNLOCK.AI → DECIDE-X). In consulting sessions, it functions as a facilitated protocol for complex strategic decisions — from redefining business models to choosing partners or markets. The sequential logic of the three frameworks is intuitive for any C-level: "Where you are → where you can go → how you get there."
