The identified pattern: organisations that failed in transformations did not have problems of strategic vision — they had misalignment between culture, operations and resources. CORE structures that diagnosis and the correction process.

What it does in practice

Serves as an assessment framework and roadmap in change management processes. The typical output is a four-pillar assessment with scoring, identified gaps and prioritised implementation plan.
