A strategic planning and transition framework that integrates three temporal moments into a coherent system: Here (where one is — factual diagnosis of the present), Horizon (where one wants to go — long-term vision), How (how one gets there — the path, milestones, resources and execution systems).
The logic: one cannot architect a future that ignores where one comes from, and one cannot execute a plan that does not know where it is going.
Context & Strategy
How it was born
Developed in the context of strategic consulting with organisations and individuals in transition — founders defining the next growth cycle, leaders navigating role changes, organisations redefining strategy in contexts of uncertainty. The base observation: most planning methodologies start in the future (vision) or in the present (diagnosis), but rarely integrate both with the architecture of the path between them. 3H does all three in forced sequence.
What it does in practice
Serves as a facilitated tool in strategic consulting sessions — both for individuals (career or business planning) and for organisations (strategic planning). It produces a "Transition Architecture Document": the map of where one is, where one is going, and the sequence of decisions and actions connecting the two points.
