How it was born
It was born from the experience of managing multiple development projects in parallel and observing that most fail not from lack of technical competence, but from lack of clarity before starting to build. STRATIOS is the system that ensures no line of code is written before there is a validated spec.
What it does in practice
Used internally at Bitsapiens for all development projects — including Genius Lex, Genius Pulse and Chrome extensions. It is implemented as a skill in the AI agent system and serves as the entry point for any technical development request.
