A component of the DECIDE-X system that maps possible decision paths from a choice point. It is not a decision recommendation tool — it is a mapping system: given a problem, what paths are available, what each implies and what each excludes.
Context & Strategy
How it was born
Developed as a practical support tool for the PRISM protocol of DECIDE-X. The need was clear: the protocol identifies the problem and the criteria, but required a system that made the decision space visual and navigable.
What it does in practice
Used in high-complexity strategic consulting sessions, where the number of variables is high and the need for structure is critical. It can operate as an AI agent or as a facilitated instrument with management teams.
